My friend took me here today and it was very good. The decor was nicely done and not overpowering. Staff were welcoming and very attentive. The chips n salsa came out fresh and warm (amazing)! The salsa was thin and great flavor. I ordered the One large burrito filled with beef fajita fixings from the dinner menu. They sure didn't skimp on the filling or the meat! The beef was slightly charred like it was grilled but NOT dry! It was very good. Ohhh, and the beans were so so so good! My friend ordered the cheese enchiladas. She loves them and orders them regularly since she is a local. The prices for 3 meals, with one to go order, and 2 sodas was under $40. So I'd say it was very inexpensive but so good. It's definitely a must stop n try, especially for good eats on a budget.!

Tried this place on a whim...glad we did. Even though it was a Saturday night, we were seated within about 10-15 minutes. The staff was friendly and the service was pretty fast. Once seated, drink order was taken almost immediately and showed up within minutes. We ordered the shrimp cocktail which was around $10 and was big enough for two people. Entries showed up piping hot and we enjoyed it very much. If you want a reasonably priced meal this place is the way to go. Three beers, one margarita, appetizer and two entries was $65 including the tip. Definitely worth a try and I hear that breakfast there is good too. Thanks and keep up the good work. We'll definitely be back.

This place never disappoints. Chile relleno with steak fajita is excellent. Both of us usually get this dish. I tried tacos al carbon today and was pleased. The rice and beans are always delicious. I judge a Mexican restaurant by their ability to make the basic rice and beans, weird, maybe.

We normally visit a few times a month. Drinks are great. Food is not blow your socks off good, but is always consistently good. Edit: 1/25/24. Very pleased tonight. Ordered pastor tacos and they were great. Update 2/26. We stopped in and I tried the pastor street tacos, and they were awesome and gave me plenty of food. Even had a couple left over for a midnight snack.

Nice lunch experience, I try and go every Friday. The hot plates are awesome too, keeps the cheese melted, excellent lunch

Love the fresh tortillas and fresh tortilla chips with hot salsa. I like to come here for breakfast comfort food.

Felt like I was In Puerto Vallarta eating at one of the best restaurants, went solo, sat at the bar and had outstanding drinks, food, and service. I gauge my food by its simple seasoning and ball grabbing habenero salsa picante and was pleasantly surprised. I had the poblano steak fajitas and would highly recommend that entre' . I've been in Houston going on 4 years, spent two years in Mexico, 10 in Florida, and this is the best Mexican food I've had in Texas, that's saying alot.
